Return Policy

In order to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend to pay attention to the condition of the delivered package once you receive it, and check it for obvious damages. For any problem that you might consider that you wish to return something you purchased from our e-shop, please contact us before any further action. We will be more than happy to serve you. Returns and refunds are possible in the following cases:

• In case of false product shipping, caused by the company, the costumer has the right of product return within seven days (7) from the day of receipt. The product should be in perfect condition, not used, of untouchable packaging containing the original product. In this case the company will bear the return cost.
• Furthermore, the costumer owns the right to withdraw and return the product within seven days (7) from the day of receipt, according to the law regarding the costumer protection.
