Description
The wooden clamp was one of the most characteristic tool a carpenter would use the decade of 1920-1930. When he wanted to connect two pieces of wood, such as the base with the legs of a chair, he put on each side a clamp in order to exert pressure and stick better and faster.
After nearly a century this classic wooden clamp, acquires a new form and a utilitarian function, requiring to find a new place in our lives. This time not in a carpender’s workshop, but a prominent place in the house or the office.
The lamp is Edison, the socket is porcelain and has a black twisted cord.
